WHAT IS CHEMPERFORM
ChemPerform is a BMK-supported project that uses the innovative business model of biocide leasing for users and manufacturers to reduce chemical consumption through specialist knowledge of surface disinfection, without substituting more aggressive, environmentally harmful products while reducing the amount of disinfectants produced. The ChemPerform advantage is that this situation can be achieved without additional costs. Rather, it succeeds in reducing costs for users and manufacturers. Sustainable, entrepreneurial action without fear of costs while at the same time improving your image and having a competitive edge with the target group relevant to the company
WHAT PROJECT IS THAT
We implement a sustainable, innovative business model to reduce consumption and costs for users and manufacturers.
Due to the outbreak of the corona pandemic, the consumption of disinfectants has risen sharply. This inevitably has negative consequences for the environment and for society, which this project is intended to reduce. The following negative aspects arise precisely from an unprofessional application, which is mostly situation-related:
Lack of user knowledge about the effects of disinfectants
Health requirements and effects
Boundary and framework conditions of the application
Environmental impact
Resistances
Unnecessary additional costs
Another goal of the project is to improve the communication of the chemical leasing business model to the relevant target groups, which can also be applied to other subject areas.
ChemPerform is a BMK-supported project for the sustainable optimization of surface disinfection, which is based on the chemical leasing business model. The chemical leasing business model is based on the reversal of the chemical manufacturer's supply situation from maximum product sales to minimum product expenditure. This model aims to ensure that the user no longer pays for a product, but for the associated service. This is also to be achieved in this project for surface disinfection. The required amount of chemicals is determined by specialists on the manufacturer side in conjunction with the experts from the advisory group and made available to the user. The user no longer pays to own the chemical, but receives a solution in the form of a service.
